When are building permits required?

Most all building projects require a building permit. The best way to be sure is to call the Lake Ozark Building Department at 573-365-5378 to avoid any penalties.

The City of Lake Ozark has adopted the following Codes:

2006 International Fire Code
2006 International Mechanical Code
2006 International Plumbing Code
2006 International Fuel Gas Code
