Resident Survey On Utility Lines

Residents throughout the City of Lake Ozark may soon be seeing a door hanger left at their home or place of business.

These notices are being posted by Public Works employees throughout the community to begin the process of inventorying lead utility service lines within the community.  This is not a notice of violation of any kind, and participation in the survey will make the process of reporting these lines to the Department of Natural Resources easier.

Residents who do not respond to the survey will later be contacted directly by a member of city staff.  To learn more about the project and what is required of residents, please review this letter from Utility Superintendent Nathanial Boggs. Residents who have not yet received a door hanger are welcome to complete the survey available here.
