Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Cancelled: Due to anticipated lack of a quorum, the scheduled Planning and Zoning Commission meeting for May 7th, 2025 has been cancelled. All items on the agenda for this meeting will be placed on the agenda for the June 4th Planning and Zoning Commission. Any parties who received a public notice for this meeting will be informed of the next meeting date.
The next step in improving streets in the City of Lake Ozark is in place.The board of aldermen has endorsed the formation of a Transportation Development District (TDD) that would have the authority to increase the sales tax within that district by up to three-quarters of a cent on every $1 spent.
