Project Summary The City is seeking qualified, Missouri DNR-licensed asbestos abatement contractors to perform abatement on eleven (11) structures prior to demolition. All work must comply with Missouri DNR NESHAP, EPA regulations, and CDBG requirements.

- Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: July 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CDT at City Hall (3162 Bagnell Dam Blvd, Lake Ozark, MO)
- Proposal Due Date: July 17, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. CDT (no late proposals accepted)
How to Obtain Documents The full RFP package, including the Bid Form (Exhibit B), asbestos inspection reports (Exhibit A), and CDBG federal clauses, is attached . Additional copies are available upon request.

Demolition Services
Project Summary
The City is seeking qualified contractors to provide complete demolition services for twenty-three (23) structures. Asbestos abatement (where required) will be performed separately by a licensed abatement contractor. The selected demolition contractor will be responsible for full demolition to slab/grade, debris disposal, site restoration, and proper handling of any remaining non-friable ACM.
