Officer Carson Remembered: At the September 10, 2024 Board of Aldermen meeting, Mayor Newberry issued a proclamation in memory of Osage Beach Police Officer Phylicia Carson, who recently passed away in the line of duty. In the days since Officer Carson's passing, the lake community has shown a tremendous amount of support for her family and those who serve as emergency responders.
