Temporary Closure of Mockingbird Road: A portion of Mockingbird Road, beginning at the Highway W intersection, will be closed beginning on Tuesday, March 25th to allow for demolition and reconstruction of the roadway.Local traffic will be able to detour through the driveway at the City's north water tower located at 3 Mockingbird Road if desired. Signs will be posted in the area advising drivers of this closure.It is anticipated that the road will reopen after 10-14 days. Citizen Involvement Needed

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen are currently seeking involvement from citizens interested in serving on local commissions, committees, and boards.

At present, volunteers are needed to serve on the city’s budget committee, and to serve as alternates for the Board of Adjustment.
