Water Main Break

Shortly before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 12th, and independent contractor performing right-of-way excavation near Osage Hills Road damaged a water main using excavation equipment.

Public Works staff are currently at the site and beginning emergency repairs to the damaged main.

It is expected that this repair will take several hours to complete in a safe and sanitary manner.  Residents in the Osage National area are advised that they will experience a water outage at this time.  Residents are encouraged to conserve water as reasonably as possible while this repair is underway.

An update will be provided when the project is complete.
