GreggAlderman, Ward III – Drake Schmid, Carol Denecke-Denny Candidates are listed in filing order. These positions will be included on the ballot for the April 8th, 2025 municipal election.
The City of Lake Ozark is experiencing a significant increase in inquiries regarding land that has been amalgamated into sites that are ripe for large scale development.
To engage potential developers, the City is providing them an opportunity to respond to the attached Hospitality-Entertainment Complex Request. Our community is also ripe for housing development.
