Jeep Invasion Returns to Bagnell Dam Strip: Tomorrow (9/26) and Saturday (9/27) from 9:00 A.M.-1:30 A.M., the Bagnell Dam Strip will be closed for participants of the 2nd Annual Lake of the Ozarks Jeep Invasion event. This closure will be from School Road to the Valley Road intersection by Bagnell Dam. Valley Road will remain open as a detour for traffic. Public parking is available at the Ameren-owned lot below Bagnell Dam during daylight hours. In addition to all kinds of Jeeps for people to look at, the event will feature several vendors, shows, and concerts. Commercial construction part of $10.3 million growth

There was some $10.3 million in new construction in Lake Ozark last year including both residential and commercial projects.

We recently featured several of the residential properties and now here are a few of the more visible commercial/retail projects. There have been many remodels and expansions that aren’t openly visible to the public but certainly add to the progress and tax base of the Lake Ozark community.

And, there are several other projects on the docket for 2021-2022 that we hope to feature as they develop.
