April 2024 Election and Candidate Filing Notice: While state and federal elections are now weeks behind us, the municipal election filing period is just around the corner.Notice is hereby given that the annual election will be held in the City of Lake Ozark, Missouri on April 8, 2025. Commercial construction part of $10.3 million growth

There was some $10.3 million in new construction in Lake Ozark last year including both residential and commercial projects.

We recently featured several of the residential properties and now here are a few of the more visible commercial/retail projects. There have been many remodels and expansions that aren’t openly visible to the public but certainly add to the progress and tax base of the Lake Ozark community.

And, there are several other projects on the docket for 2021-2022 that we hope to feature as they develop.
