Commercial construction part of $10.3 million growth

Officer Carson Remembered: At the September 10, 2024 Board of Aldermen meeting, Mayor Newberry issued a proclamation in memory of Osage Beach Police Officer Phylicia Carson, who recently passed away in the line of duty. In the days since Officer Carson's passing, the lake community has shown a tremendous amount of support for her family and those who serve as emergency responders. Commercial construction part of $10.3 million growth

There was some $10.3 million in new construction in Lake Ozark last year including both residential and commercial projects.

We recently featured several of the residential properties and now here are a few of the more visible commercial/retail projects. There have been many remodels and expansions that aren’t openly visible to the public but certainly add to the progress and tax base of the Lake Ozark community.

And, there are several other projects on the docket for 2021-2022 that we hope to feature as they develop.
