Police Week in Lake Ozark: On May 12, Mayor David Ridgely officially proclaimed this week as Police Week in the City of Lake Ozark. The proclamation was presented to the Lake Ozark Police Department in honor of the men and women of law enforcement who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, while also recognizing the dedication and service of officers who continue to protect and serve our community each day. Small Business Saturday – Holiday Passport Stroll

Mayor David Ridgely has proclaimed Saturday, November 29th, 2025 as Small Business Saturday in Lake Ozark.

Part of a nationwide initiative to encourage people to shop and support locally owned businesses in their own community, the Bagnell Dam Strip Association is hosting their Light Up The Strip event for a festive day of shopping, strolling, dining and holiday cheer! New this year is the Holiday Passport Stroll, where area businesses are stamping event passports so that folks who visit several businesses may be entered to win a prize package.
