Police Week in Lake Ozark: On May 12, Mayor David Ridgely officially proclaimed this week as Police Week in the City of Lake Ozark. The proclamation was presented to the Lake Ozark Police Department in honor of the men and women of law enforcement who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, while also recognizing the dedication and service of officers who continue to protect and serve our community each day. Bagnell Dam Boulevard Improvements Nearing Completion

There have been many steps along the way for the City’s planned surface improvements and road enhancements to Bagnell Dam Boulevard, which began in the planning stages in 2023.

With the recent completion of Phase Three on our roadmap, we look forward to beginning work on a sidewalk expansion project from Henderson Lane to the HH intersection in the coming months.

The City appreciates the support and patience that our residents, businesses, and tourists have granted us over the years as we have worked to complete these projects.

An updated version of the City’s Capital Improvement Plan will be published before year-end to continue highlighting road, water, and sewer improvements and maintenance projects that we will be undertaking over the next several years.
