Police Week in Lake Ozark: On May 12, Mayor David Ridgely officially proclaimed this week as Police Week in the City of Lake Ozark. The proclamation was presented to the Lake Ozark Police Department in honor of the men and women of law enforcement who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, while also recognizing the dedication and service of officers who continue to protect and serve our community each day. Jeep Invasion Returns to Bagnell Dam Strip

Tomorrow (9/26) and Saturday (9/27) from 9:00 A.M.-1:30 A.M., the Bagnell Dam Strip will be closed for participants of the 2nd Annual Lake of the Ozarks Jeep Invasion event.

This closure will be from School Road to the Valley Road intersection by Bagnell Dam. Valley Road will remain open as a detour for traffic. Public parking is available at the Ameren-owned lot below Bagnell Dam during daylight hours.
